EPRESENTATION
Typically, a large-scale project requires a cooperative effort between the ownership, building management and facility operations, the primary tenants, designers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and a host of sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers. Unfortunately, each of these parties has a different set of goals and, in many instances, their interests are in direct conflict with one another. As a result, many projects are exposed to unnecessary expenses and inefficiencies that have a direct cost impact to the ownership.
Anthony James Partners uses its knowledge and business experience to represent the best interests of the ownership group. As the “owners’ representative” our objective is to efficiently bridge the gaps between architectural concept and construction demands and budgetary realities; to protect the financial interests of the owner and the project; and; to help provide the solutions necessary to overcome the unexpected challenges that inevitably play a role in any major construction process.
