Facility Audits

New facilities and major venue renovations create unique opportunities as well as special challenges for the integration of video, audio and lighting technology. It is especially imperative that conceptual ideas are turned into designs and budgets which are buildable, affordable and consistent with long range expectations. AJP works closely with project architects and ownership creating detailed, complete and feasible technology packages. Often funding for new facilities or major renovations includes projected revenues against the incorporated sponsorship components in the building. AJP will build realistic cost and revenue ROI models, including specific inventory valuation, to support these revenues and their contribution to project funding.
