As part of major new construction budgets, allowances for video, audio and lighting technology are often not clearly detailed and are sometimes bundled into other larger line items. As such, the real budget impact of these items comes as a surprise later in the process and can lead to cutting corners on important fan enhancement and revenue opportunities. AJP works with architects, and subsequently General Contractors, by creating inclusive, single source design packages and associated financial workbooks to ensure that all expectations are fully met within overall budget parameters with no surprises. We then employ our procurement and vendor oversight tools and experience to be sure nothing is lost in the construction process and all technology components are delivered in full, within budget. The complete nature of our services allow architects and GC’s to maintain the overall control necessary to deliver on time and within budget for their clients.
